Dr. Marshall practices personalized ophthalmology—she believes it is important to listen to patients and takes the time to match their vision goals to their individual needs. She is a comprehensive ophthalmologist (eye surgeon) and dry eye specialist, welcoming patients of all ages. She has performed ocular surgery since 2000, including laser treatments for diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, and secondary cataracts (YAG capsulotomy). She performs cataract surgery using traditional methods as well as the CATALYS® Precision Laser System and uses today's modern aspheric, toric and multifocal IOLs.
In addition to performing multiple surgeries, she also provides comprehensive eye examinations. These services include measuring for glasses, as well as screening and treatment for problems such as diabetic retinopathy, hypertensive retinopathy, glaucoma, cataracts, allergies, dry eyes, infections, red eyes, and injuries.
Dr. Marshall lives in Colorado Springs with her husband, two children born in 2004 and 2006, and two dogs. She is actively involved in her church, her son's Boy Scout Troop, and is a Sustaining Member of the Junior League of Colorado Springs.

Not only is Dr Marshall aces, he support staff is too. kayla helped make it easier to do the initial screenings easier for me by raising thr equipment tables. With a new hip… I cannot yet bend 90°… So doing the test standing up was helpful.

As my occupation requires (relatively) strong vision, I have been and continue to be pleased with each visit that I have made to Dr. Marshall at Eye Associates of Colorado Springs. Dr. Marshall's expertise and calming manner reduces the anxiety that I experience whenever undergoing an eye exam. Dr. Carlson was the first doctor I saw when I asked my primary for a second opinion doctor. Dr. Carlson put my mind at easy, and I selected Dr. Marshall to do my surgeries. After meeting her, I was totally at ease about having the cataracts removed. I only had 10 or 15 minutes of discomfort and loved the beautiful colors I saw during the surgery. Not only did her office call and check on me later that day, so did Dr. Marshall.

I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Sheron Marshall and her staff today. Dr Marshall is a fantastic doctor, who cares about her patients and giving them the best available treatment. She treated me a few years ago due to the vitreous gel detachment, no retina tear on that one. Last year, in my other eye I had a retinal tear, after it had healed the cataract in my eye became worse. Dr. Marshall removed cataracts in both eyes and replaced the lenses, which was successful. This year Dr Marshall cleared the film which was forming over both new lenses. I can now see clearly again. Thank you Dr Marshall, for all you do!

At my six month check-up she and her staff were able to make final adjustments to my vision, through the use of glasses, and brought my eyesight back to 20/20.

Entire staff is friendly, smiling, and explain procedures as you go from one area to another!
Dr. Marshall tested my eyes, explained the reasons, and her team provided a welcoming atmosphere.
While waiting, I was offered a cup of coffee from their coffee machine that offered about six different flavors.

I give Dr. Marshall an excellent rating. She is very professional and caring and understood my concerns very well. I was amazed by how everyone involved in my cataract removal and lens replacement surgery made me feel so much at ease, and the preparation and surgery seemed perfect. Painless and not at all disorienting. I will trust Dr. Marshall to repair the cataract in my other eye at sometime in the future, and I am grateful to have my vision back to the extent it is after my experience with retinal detachment. The coffee mug and cookie "care package" I received after the surgery also made my day.

After the surgery for the left and right eye, I remember Dr. Marshall say “it went well”. Although I held off getting my cataracts removed, I see is so much clearer that I regret having waited. I remember driving to the the Denver Central Market from CO Springs for lunch and for the pleasure of it. Thank you!

Dr Sharon Marshall has been my eye doctor for several years. Being that I only have one eye she has kept a close watch on that good eye. The cataract on my right eye got worst and she would advice me whether to have surgery or wait a while. In April 2019 She advice I have the surgery. She recommended laxer surgery because it was less risky. Since I only had one eye this turned out to be the best way to go. I had my surgery on April 15, 2019 and I am amazed in the improvement it has made with my vision. I will recommend Dr Sharon Marshall to anyone that needs an eye doctor. She is very friendly and caring and a fine doctor.

Finding Dr. Marshall was like having a wonderful dream come true! She is amazing! From 1st visit to recovery from eye surgeries on both eyes, I felt so comfortable, like family. Dr. Marshall started the procedure by making sure I was comfortable and calm. She was informative, friendly, and concerned. Dr. Marshall explained what would happen at every step in the process and communicated what I should be doing. After the surgery, she called me on her cell phone to make sure I was well and to reinforce the point that I should call immediately if something didn't seem right or if I had a question.
My post-surgery eyesight is amazing and the best it's been in my life.
