Dr. Marshall practices personalized ophthalmology—she believes it is important to listen to patients and takes the time to match their vision goals to their individual needs. She is a comprehensive ophthalmologist (eye surgeon) and dry eye specialist, welcoming patients of all ages. She has performed ocular surgery since 2000, including laser treatments for diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, and secondary cataracts (YAG capsulotomy). She performs cataract surgery using traditional methods as well as the CATALYS® Precision Laser System and uses today's modern aspheric, toric and multifocal IOLs.
In addition to performing multiple surgeries, she also provides comprehensive eye examinations. These services include measuring for glasses, as well as screening and treatment for problems such as diabetic retinopathy, hypertensive retinopathy, glaucoma, cataracts, allergies, dry eyes, infections, red eyes, and injuries.
Dr. Marshall lives in Colorado Springs with her husband, two children born in 2004 and 2006, and two dogs. She is actively involved in her church, her son's Boy Scout Troop, and is a Sustaining Member of the Junior League of Colorado Springs.

I was surprized by the ease of reception into the eye examinnation. I completed the checkin online and spent less thon two minutes with paperwork. Dr Marshall welcomed me and checked the results of the exam. Then she asked about my general health and discussed my eye conditions. Dr. Marshall's expertise and calming manner reduces the anxiety that I experience whenever undergoing an eye exam. Dr. Carlson was the first doctor I saw when I asked my primary for a second opinion doctor. Dr. Carlson put my mind at easy, and I selected Dr. Marshall to do my surgeries. After meeting her, I was totally at ease about having the cataracts removed. I only had 10 or 15 minutes of discomfort and loved the beautiful colors I saw during the surgery. Not only did her office call and check on me later that day, so did Dr. Marshall.
Dr.Marshall and every person I came in contact with, were very caring and extremely well trained. After cataract surgery on both eyes, I'm thrilled with my ability to stop wearing glasses all my waking hours!! I would recommend her and Pinnacle Eye Associates to everyone!!!

Of course I already have great confidence in Dr. Marshall due to her education and experience, as well as a friend's recommendation, but her manner of presenting information and answering questions is "patient friendly" and thorough. I am heading soon for cataract surgery with full confidence due to all of these.

I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Sheron Marshall and her staff today. From the first person I met at the desk, to the assistant who brought me back to the exam room, to the medical student and then Dr. Marshall… everyone was friendly and kind. I had covid and the virus caused inflammation to my facial nerve, leaving me with paralysis. Dr. Marshall explained what the plan for treatment would be. She took her time, and never did I ever feel rushed.I would highly recommend Dr. Marshall. She is one of the few doctors left who listen and take their time with you. Thank you.❤️

Dr Marshall is a fantastic doctor, who cares about her patients and giving them the best available treatment. She treated me a few years ago due to the vitreous gel detachment, no retina tear on that one. Last year, in my other eye I had a retinal tear, after it had healed the cataract in my eye became worse. Dr. Marshall removed cataracts in both eyes and replaced the lenses, which was successful. This year Dr Marshall cleared the film which was forming over both new lenses. I can now see clearly again. Thank you Dr Marshall, for all you do!

The surgical procedures for cataracts and glaucoma have greatly improved my vision, as a direct result of Dr. Marshall's medical expertise. Furthermore, Dr. Marshall's empathetic interactions with me calmed my fears concerning the procedures. Dr. Sheron Marshall a fabulous ophthalmologist. In addition to being very skillful and thorough, she is kind, friendly and genuinely cares about her patients. Dr. Marshall performed cataract removal surgery on both of my eyes in June and July. At my six month check-up she and her staff were able to make final adjustments to my vision, through the use of glasses, and brought my eyesight back to 20/20.

I give Dr. Marshall an excellent rating. She is very professional and caring and understood my concerns very well. I was amazed by how everyone involved in my cataract removal and lens replacement surgery made me feel so much at ease, and the preparation and surgery seemed perfect. Painless and not at all disorienting. I will trust Dr. Marshall to repair the cataract in my other eye at sometime in the future, and I am grateful to have my vision back to the extent it is after my experience with retinal detachment. The coffee mug and cookie "care package" I received after the surgery also made my day.

Dr Sharon Marshall has been my eye doctor for several years. Being that I only have one eye she has kept a close watch on that good eye. The cataract on my right eye got worst and she would advice me whether to have surgery or wait a while. In April 2019 She advice I have the surgery. She recommended laxer surgery because it was less risky. Since I only had one eye this turned out to be the best way to go. I had my surgery on April 15, 2019 and I am amazed in the improvement it has made with my vision. I will recommend Dr Sharon Marshall to anyone that needs an eye doctor. She is very friendly and caring and a fine doctor.

Finding Dr. Marshall was like having a wonderful dream come true! She is amazing! From 1st visit to recovery from eye surgeries on both eyes, I felt so comfortable, like family. Dr. Marshall started the procedure by making sure I was comfortable and calm. She was informative, friendly, and concerned. Dr. Marshall explained what would happen at every step in the process and communicated what I should be doing. After the surgery, she called me on her cell phone to make sure I was well and to reinforce the point that I should call immediately if something didn't seem right or if I had a question.
My post-surgery eyesight is amazing and the best it's been in my life.
